In the latest Windows 11 version, Microsoft changed the right-click context menu to give the modern looks which is touch screen friendly. But in the new context menu, all the items are not available. To get the all options users have to click the Show More Options every time, which is annoying. Moreover, users were used to using the old looks & options of the context menu which Microsoft removed in Windows 11 & there are no official settings to get back the old context menu in Windows 11.

There are tutorials online where it says to do something in the registry editor or in the command line to Show More Options by Default, but they do not work as of now after the latest update in Windows 11.

If you want to use the old context menu without using any 3rd party tool, you have only 2 keyboard shortcuts to use it.
Press & hold the Shift key before right-clicking every time to pop up the old context menu directly.
Press Shift + F10 on any screen where you want to show the classic right-click context menu on Windows 11. Remember here you do not need to right-click with the mouse. This keyboard shortcut will do all that.

Now let’s see how we can permanently get back the old context menu. For this, we need one 3rd party tweaking tool. Click the following link to download the free software.
After downloading extract & install the exe file. Then open the application.
Then from the right pen, select Classic Full Context Menus & click enable checkbox on the right side.
After that click Restart Explorer at the bottom of the application window.
Now finally we have enabled the classic right-click context menu on Windows 11. Now when we right-click anywhere, we will see the old context menu like Windows 10.
How to disable old context Menu Windows 11
To revert the settings, open the Winaero Tweaker application you have installed above. Then from the right pen, select Classic Full Context Menus & click disable checkbox on the right side.
After that click Restart Explorer at the bottom of the application window.
